1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Exchange & Damaged Items Policy
You may request an exchange for:

- Product replacement

Home Exchange Option
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share photos or videos for verification.
We will arrange:
- Free replacement, or
- Refund, including delivery charges
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per policy.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
The refund will be issued based on your original payment method:
- Online payment / link payment: refund via bank transfer
- Cash on delivery: refund via cash
Refund processing time is usually 5–10 working days.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Baitishk will cover the shipping cost.
- For all other cases, applicable return or exchange fees may apply.
