Delivery Policy – Baitishk

At Baitishk, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience across Kuwait and the GCC.

Kuwait Delivery

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charge: 1.500 KWD

Delivery Time

  • Orders typically take up to 2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery is available from Saturday to Thursday.
  • There is no delivery on Fridays and public holidays.

Delivery Address & Order Acceptance

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, unreachable, or the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, this may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional delivery charges for re-attempts.

Once the order is delivered, it will be considered successfully completed and accepted.
